Alan Kennedy
Principal Consultant
Our Principal Consultant is Alan Kennedy, an expert in quantitative and qualitative research. Over 20 years, our clients have benefited from his knowledge and expertise in the areas of employee research, customer satisfaction and market research. Alan works with other members of the team to deliver high quality research programmes that deliver insight and understanding to our clients. He has an MBA (Edinburgh University) and is a Member of the UK Market Research Society.
Jack Macleod
Senior Researcher
Our Senior Researcher is Jack Macleod with responsibility for our quantitative and business research projects. Jack is an expert in data analysis and has particular experience of working across research studies for the banking and pensions sectors. Jack's background is in telephone research and as such he oversees projects using this methodology. Jack has a BA (Social Studies) from Napier University, Edinburgh.
Kirsty Traynor
Survey Supervisor
Our Survey Supervisor is Kirsty Traynor. She is responsible for oversight of all fieldwork activity including creating field materials, producing status reports, and managing field interviewing staff. Kirsty works closely with the rest of the team to ensure successful project executions. In addition to her role as Survey Supervisor, Kirsty also completes a proportion of survey interviews. Kirsty has more than 20 years market research experience and has recently managed tenant surveys and customer surveys on behalf of social landlords and a range of other public bodies. Kirsty is and Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS) trained supervisor.
Aliyah McNeil
Telephone Researcher
Aliyah is an experienced telephone surveyor and also carries out data entry for completed questionnaires where necessary. Her qualifications include an HNC in Social Studies and a HNC in Police Studies.
Lorraine Simpson
Associate Consultant
Lorraine Simpson, Associate Consultant has over fifteen years' social research experience. She works with us to help deliver focus group research and in-depth interview programmes which entail working with hard to reach groups, and vulnerable participants. Lorraine is a board member of The Social Research Association Scotland and has completed advanced training in a range of traditional and emerging social research methods, including depth interviews and focus groups. Lorraine has a BA (Hons) Economics (Liverpool University).
Helga Codona
Telephone Research Specialist
Helga is our telephone research specialist. She works on various customer surveys that require phone contact and follow up surveying, including for Councils and Housing Associations. She has worked previously for the BBC, and also has graphic design experience. Helga's professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Design degree (Hons) from the University of Dundee.
Achola Muir
Associate Researcher
Achola has worked with Knowledge Partnership as an Associate Researcher for over 5 years, and helps us to interpret focus groups and complete data analysis. Achola is known for her commitment to detail and for identifying patterns in hard to analyse data. Achola has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) University of Nairobi.
